Website messages — your contact-form inbox
What this screen is for. Messages from your website's contact form — newest first, so none slips through. Answer the person by phone or email, then record that you did, and the inbox keeps honest score of who's still waiting on you. How to get there. Sidebar → Messages → the Website messages tab. What every button does Each message shows who wrote, when it arrived, their words, and a chip: Waiting on you until you've answered, Answered after. Call / Email — one-tap links straight to the person. If they left no phone, there's simply no Call button — never a dead one. I got back to them — tap it after you've actually answered (that's why it sits below Call and Email on a phone: dialing isn't the same as someone picking up). The row flips to "You got back to them," re-sorts, and the waiting counts drop by one. There's no undo, so tap it when it's true. Search messages… — by name, email, phone, or the message itself. Held as possible spam — a second view whose pill appears only when something is actually held: Messages and booking requests our spam check held back. Nothing held was sent to you or put on your calendar — and nothing is ever deleted without you. Each held card shows where it came from (your booking form or your contact form), who and when, and the reason in one plain sentence — "Sent faster than a person could type," "Many messages from one place in a few minutes," and so on. Not spam — the rescue button: the message goes where it should have gone, and you get the email you missed. Delete asks "Delete this held message for good?" first. Common questions "Someone filled out my contact form — where is it?" Right here: Messages → Website messages. It's also part of the red count on the Messages sidebar dot. "Do I reply from this screen?" No — you reply like a human, by phone or email (the buttons are right there), then tap I got back to them so the inbox knows. "A real customer says they wrote and I never saw it." Check Held as possible spam — if their message tripped the spam check it's waiting there, untouched. Tap Not spam and everything proceeds as if it was never held, including the email you would have gotten. "Does the person get an email when their message arrives?" You get the notification; they see your site's thank-you. The answering is yours to do — which is the point of this inbox. "I tapped 'I got back to them' by mistake." There's no undo today — the row just reads Answered. If they write again, a fresh message arrives as Waiting. Good to know The spam check is rate-limited kindly — a real person sending several messages in a few minutes from the same email or phone gets a friendly slow-down, not a black hole. The Schedule page also flags held items ("N held · Review") when a booking request is among them, and lands you straight on the held view. Old links to the retired "Leads" page land here automatically.
