Availability — your bookable week

What this screen is for. Your bookable hours are the only hours your website sells. Set them here once — your booking page, your Contact page, and Google all read from this. You can still take a job any day at any time; these only govern what clients can book online. How to get there. Sidebar → Schedule → the Availability tab. The "Edit hours →" links on Business info and My Website → Content jump here too — this is the one and only place hours are edited; everywhere else shows them read-only. What every button does Timezone — the zone your bookable hours live in. Changing it moves every window with it. Each day's switch — green means bookable. Turning on an empty day starts it at 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; turning a day off closes it online without touching jobs already on the calendar. A day's hours chip ("8:00 AM–5:00 PM · 3 hr") — tap to edit that window: Start and End (end must beat start), Visit length (30 minutes to 4 hours), and Start times every (30 minutes to 2 hours — the rhythm of the slots your booking page offers). Save, Cancel, or Remove the window; Add another time window splits a day (mornings and evenings). Copy these hours to: Weekdays / Every day — stamps the window you're editing across the week. It adds — run it twice and you'll have duplicate chips to tidy. Quick start (only on an empty week) — Weekdays 8–5 or Every day 8–5, one tap. Take a day off — pick the date; your booking page sells nothing that day, and jobs already booked stay put. Different hours on one day — just that date; your usual week doesn't change. Time between jobs: N min — breathing room added on both sides of every booking so back-to-backs never overlap. When the app can work out the real drive to a job, the drive time is used instead — that's what draws the "set aside to drive there" strips on your calendar. One-off changes — the list of your day-offs and one-day overrides, each with Pause / Resume and a remove. Common questions "How do I take a day off so nobody can book me?" Take a day off → pick the date → Take it off. The public calendar shows it closed; anything already booked that day stays. "How do I stop 4:30 bookings when I close at 5?" You don't have to — the booking page only offers start times that fit the whole visit length before closing. "Where do the hours on my website come from?" From here, automatically — a change on this tab updates your site's published hours on its own. There is no second hours editor. "Can I open just Saturday morning?" Yes — switch Saturday on, tap its chip, set 8:00 AM–12:00 PM. "What's 'Start times every'?" The slot rhythm: every 30 minutes offers 8:00, 8:30, 9:00…; every 2 hours offers 8:00, 10:00… "I picked a timezone on a brand-new empty week and it didn't stick." The zone saves with your first real window — set hours first, then the zone travels with them. Good to know These are online-booking hours, not work hours — the phone can always book you whenever you like by hand. Editing the seeded "every day" schedule fans it into seven day rows — by design, so each day stands on its own from then on. "Copy to Weekdays" twice = duplicate chips — remove the extras from the day's chips. Changes here are visible to your whole team, and any seat's edit updates the website's mirror the same way.
