Pricing — one plan, everything included
What this screen is for. The one price, with nothing hidden: what HomeRecon costs, what the trial is, what the guarantee promises, and the only two other numbers that exist (the annual discount and the extra-seat fee). How to get there. Pricing in the site menu (it's a section of the home page), or scroll — every road on the site passes it. What every button does The plan card — "HomeRecon — $299/month. Everything included." One plan, no tiers, no setup fee, no per-inspection fee, nothing held back for an upgrade. The card lists everything in it: the AI report engine, photo analysis, interactive client reports and PDFs, offline capture, scheduling, CRM, agreements and e-sign, invoices and payment tracking, card payments (activate your Stripe payouts account to switch them on), your branded booking website with online booking, the marketing tools, and guided import. Monthly / Yearly — how you pay, not what you get. Monthly is $299/mo, cancel anytime. A year up front is $2,870 — 20% off, and that is the only discount that exists. Seats — your login and a free office-admin login are included. Each additional inspector is $99/month, added self-serve from the Team page whenever you're ready. Start free — the trial: your next 2 inspections are on us — real jobs, the full product, no card and no time limit. We ask for a card when you start your third. The Money Promise — printed on the page, true in the product: $0 per inspection (we never charge you for doing your job) · 0% of your client payments (card processing at Stripe's actual rate, never marked up) · $0 setup, website, e-sign or report-lock fees · one subscription, that's the price. The guarantee — "Not for you? Full refund in your first 30 days. No questions asked." One claim per person, ever. Pause or cancel anytime — the time you've paid for runs out first, nothing is charged while you're paused, you never lose time you've paid for, and we keep your data safe for 1 year, ready when you come back. Common questions "What does $299 actually cover?" Everything. There is no second tier to compare against — the card's list is the whole product, and every firm gets every feature. "Is there a per-inspection or per-report fee?" No. $0 per inspection is a published promise, and it covers the repair budgets too — no per-report pricing vendor underneath. "What's the catch on the free trial?" None: two real inspections, no card, no clock. The trial ends when you start your third inspection — that's when we ask for payment. "Do you take a cut of what my clients pay me?" No. 0% — card processing costs Stripe's own rate and we never mark it up. "What does a second inspector cost?" $99/month per additional inspector seat. The office-admin login is free. "What if I pay and regret it?" Full refund in your first 30 days, no questions asked — once per person, ever. "What happens to my data if I cancel?" We keep it safe for a year, ready if you come back. And you can download your reports, photos, and payment records any time. Good to know The numbers on the page come from one source file in the product (pricing.ts), and the signup screen reads the same file — the price you read here is the price the checkout charges. Annual is billed as its own discounted price — it's never stacked with any other offer, because there is no other offer. The comparison table above the pricing card names the bills a typical stack runs up (report software, per-inspection automation fees, a website subscription, office tooling) rather than naming competitors.
